(1) Vendor needs to provide third party claims administration services for county general liability insurance.– Respondent must provide sufficient support and assistance to any successive TPA to assume the transition of services– Monitor the work performed by all assigned staff with documented comments on claim strategy.– Perform supervisory claim reviews with documented comments on action plans and file management strategy.– Oversee the quarterly claim review meetings– Provide customary and appropriate handling for each claim– Claims Management – Provide on–line access to the third party administrator (TPA) claim database and claim files.– Respondent shall assign at least one (1) but no more than four (4) claim adjusters(2) The contract period will be for three years.
