EXTRA-73929 - USA (Newburgh, New York) - State Aid Management System Supplemental Schedule Reporting Services - Deadline August 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide state aid management system supplemental schedule reporting services to the government authority located in Newburgh, NY.• Collect and review actual expense reports, payroll data and related program information regarding operations of program codes 9012, 9100 and 9160.• Review data related to approved program(s) available on STAC System including approval letters from SEDs Office of Special Education.• Reconcile district enrollment reports with enrollment data on STAC.• Complete Related Services Capacity Report (SED–4).• Submit schedules to the district for review. Once finalized, SS 10–14 schedules will be submitted by the district via the State Aid Management System (SAMS).• Respond to any edits on SAMS or questions from the Rate Setting Unit regarding the schedules submitted(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
