Downtown Springfield Telecommunications Fiber Project

The work of the Project is described as construction of underground ducts and vaults, installation of telecommunications fiber, and associated cutting, patching, site controls, and accessories. Sealed bids will be received on behalf of the City of Springfield by Keith Testerman until the time of Bid Closing. Bids and Bid Bonds must be addressed to the "City of Springfield," and may be submitted as described in the bid documents.
