Vendor needs to provide auditing services to the government authority located in Ogden Valley, UT.1. An audit of the City’s basic financial statements in accordance with Government Auditing Standards.2. Provide opinions and reports as required under Government Auditing standards.3. Perform State Compliance testing as required by the State Auditor’s Office, and issue the necessary opinions and reports.4. If necessary, perform procedures and issue reports in compliance with Uniform Guidance 2 CFR 200 (Single Audit)5. Include the City’s written responses to any findings in the state compliance letter.6. The audit report and any other related reports must be issued by November 20th each year.
