(1) Vendor needs to provide printing and mailing service for annual tax exemption notices to the government authority located in Huntsville, AL.• Exemption notices are to be printed on 8.5” X 11” colored stock with variable information, 60# bond paper, in a format allowing all necessary account information to be displayed.• Reminder notices are to be printed on 4“x6“, 80# White cover stock with variable data.• Printing, inserting, and mailing shall be done by the vendor with no sub–sourcing allowed.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 28, 2026(3) The contract period will be for one year.
