Question & Answer Release Date: October 21, 2026. Respondents shall provide 5 uploaded files with their submission: (1) the Technical Response in PDF format, inclusive of all required attachments and exhibits, (2) the Cost Proposal, which must be submitted as an Excel file, (3) the Bid Proposal Face Sheet, (4) the Doing Business Data Form, and (5) the Proposers New York State Proof of Registered Entity to the corresponding RFP number via iSupplier in final form no later than 2 p.m. on November 5, 2026. Proposals which are saved in iSupplier as a draft but not successfully submitted will not be considered. Prior to submitting a proposal, bidders are to ensure that their response includes all required forms and documentation and that all are properly completed, signed, and notarized, where applicable.
