(1) Vendor needs to provide landscape clean–up and bi–weekly maintenance services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.– All drains, catch basins, gutters, and grates in the parking lot are cleared of pine needles and any other debris.– All living and/or dead vegetation has been removed from cracks in sidewalks, curbs, parking lots, and other paved areas on the property.– All landscape debris has not been blown, swept, raked, piled, or stored in any parking compounds, landscaping, planters, patios, or on neighboring properties.– Removal of weeds from fence lines, trimming of shrubs to safe heights, and ensuring that no dead vegetation is left near structures or pathways.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
