(1) Vendor needs to provide wayfinding signage service.• The city is seeking a qualified sign production firm to develop and implement a comprehensive wayfinding signage system• The signage system shall support the Clear Creek Trail regional branding initiative and provide a consistent, intuitive, and visually cohesive user experience for pedestrians, cyclists, commuters, and visitors• Improve navigation and trail orientation.– Create a unified identity for the Clear Creek Trail.– Increase awareness of destinations, amenities, and trail connections.– Improve emergency location referencing.– Incorporate Wheat Ridge Greenbelt and regional agency Bikeway connections where appropriate• Preferred materials include:– Dibond aluminum composite– CHPL high–pressure laminate– Powder–coated steel– Aluminum mounting systems– Corten steel structures• Tasks include:A. Final Design Development • Prepare construction–ready shop drawings. • Verify dimensions and field conditions. • Coordinate placement locations with City staff. • Develop final sign layouts using approved branding standards.B. Fabrication • Fabricate all sign structures and panels. • Provide tamper–resistant mounting hardware. • Utilize weather–resistant and vandal–resistant materials.C. Installation • Install all signs and foundations. • Coordinate utility locates. • Restore disturbed areas(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026
