(1) Vendor needs to provide sample analysis, pick–up, and transport service to the government authority located in Canandaigua, NY. • Contractor to provide sample analysis, pickup and transport of samples collected by county.• Responsible for pickup, transport and analysis for approximately 30 consecutive weeks.• Required to be picked up and transported to the lab for sample analysis a minimum of 2 times per week, and analyzed according to specified standards.• Also be responsible for providing a courier service to transport the samples to the testing facility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026
