(1) Vendor needs to provide on–call professional services to the government authority located in Beaufort, SC. – Provide professional services on an as–needed basis in support of Beaufort County capital improvement projects. • Planning and pre–design services:– Project programming and needs assessments– Feasibility studies and evaluations– Existing–condition assessments and investigations– Site evaluations and due diligence• Architectural and engineering design services:– Conceptual and schematic design– Design development– Construction documents– Architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and other applicable engineering services.• Procurement and construction support:– Permitting and regulatory coordination– Bidding and procurement assistance– Construction administration• Specialized and related services:– Projects may include new construction, additions, renovations, facility assessments, parks and recreation facilities, community centers, libraries, public safety and administrative facilities, infrastructure and utility improvements, parking and site improvements, accessibility improvements, historic preservation, demolition, redevelopment, and emergency assessment or repair–design services. (2) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 1, 2026.
