(1) Vendor needs to provide best keystone key inventory software.– Best Keystone Web–New License ID for downloading key software to County Computer systems. – Contractor must provide documentation, including but not limited to the following: manufacturer’s warranty; cautionary and informational warnings; recommended maintenance schedules and procedures; recommended spare parts lists; operating, technical, and maintenance manuals, including drawings, if applicable; product brochures; and safety data sheets (SDS).(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
