Description
Hernando County is seeking a full-service architectural and design team to support the development of a central Fleet Garage Facility. The selected firm will provide program verification and assessment, site evaluation and recommendations, and the preparation of conceptual, schematic, design development, construction administration, and bidding documents, along with cost estimates. The project is anticipated to be delivered through a hard bid process and will require comprehensive, code-compliant, and fully biddable documentation. The project site has not yet been selected. The awarded firm will assist in evaluating existing and potential sites for feasibility, as well as developing appropriate layouts to support efficient garage and fleet operations.
