(1) Vendor needs to provide integrated digital enterprise accelerator lab facility service to the government authority located in Las Cruces, NM. – Provide all professional architectural and engineering services necessary for the planning, programming, design, coordination, documentation, procurement support, construction administration, commissioning coordination, and project closeout activities associated with the integrated digital enterprise accelerator lab (IDEAL) facility project.– This building will combine public demonstration space, workforce training space, office and collaboration areas, flexible laboratories, power–systems testing space, chemical laboratory support, a cleanroom, a dedicated server room for AI and machine–learning computing, and a large–scale testing and high–bay area with outdoor access.– Provide a dedicated server room for high–power servers supporting AI, machine learning, and laboratory data workloads.• Architectural services.• Structural engineering services.• Civil engineering services.• Mechanical engineering services.• Electrical engineering services.• Plumbing engineering services.• Fire protection engineering services.• Technology and telecommunications coordination.• Code compliance and life safety services.
