CONS-24174 - USA (Hamden, Connecticut) - CDBG Residential Program Inspector Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide CDBG residential program inspector service to the government authority located in Hamden, CT. – Provide residential rehabilitation inspection and specifications for rehabilitation of 1–4 family dwellings consistent with generally accepted Architectural Standards.• Conduct interior and exterior inspections of residential properties.• Prepare a detailed inspection report in a format acceptable to the agency within one week of request.• Prepare detailed specifications with cost estimates of any required repairs within one week of request.• Required to meet with Town staff and property owners to coordinate the requirements of the agency’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program with the contractor’s work.• Required to meet with contractor to resolve any findings found during the periodic inspections during rehabilitation.• Provide expertise with housing and building code requirements as they relate to rehabilitation.• Any other technical service related to housing initiatives.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
