Vendor needs to provide automated vertical obstruction identification and detection services to the government authority located in Missouri.– Capable of providing comprehensive data using cutting edge technologies such as CV and Machine Learning (ML) detection and characterization technologies integrated with comprehensive, high–resolution imagery and elevation data.– Enable low–altitude aviation mission planning and enhance geospatial intelligence analysis by providing timely mission data to decision–makers preparing for and conducting aviation mission planning and rehearsals.– Solution to evolve, augment, and accelerate enterprise‑level identification and characterization analysis workflows by employing technologies capable of rapid and accurate detections.– Track and identify end–user access via Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) to track the use of the contractor provided capability to include quantity of data exported and geographic size.– Provide comprehensive, dynamic, and globally derived data using advanced technologies such as CV and ML to identify and characterize.– Deliver notification and documentation of any updates and changes to the software used to generate data.– Facilitate ongoing customer interaction to define requirements, exchange feedback, deliver data, and sustain continuous dialogue.– Provide user interface (UI) credentials to designated users. The UI credentials must provide full end–user access to the contractor provided capability to specific designated end–users.– Employ comprehensive, high‑resolution imagery and elevation data to support and validate detection methods used to ensure risk reduced low‑altitude aviation mission planning.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
