Alachua County Fire Rescue Training Center Renovations

Alachua County Board of County Commissioners are calling for and requesting the submission of ITB 23-406-DK Rebid Alachua County Fire Rescue Training Center Renovations. The herein included sections along with Advertisement for Bids, Instruction to Bidders, Terms and Conditions, Insurance, Scope of Work and the Submittals; together with all attached Attachments herein identified, constitute the entire bid package. Specifications and supplementary documents are essential parts of the ITB and requirements occurring in one are as binding as though occurring in all. This ITB is for Alachua County Fire Rescue Training Center Renovations rebid with revised scope of work and timeless. The building previously utilized by the Alachua County Tax Collector located at 5801 NW 34th Boulevard is being renovated to function as a training center for Alachua County Fire Rescue. All work to be performed will include, but is not limited to, providing full-time and competent supervision, skilled and experienced labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable and timely manner, the renovations and additions described on the plans and specifications . Exception, this renovation includes the construction of a sanitary sewer force main to connect to the GRU sanitary sewer system and this is included in the 100% bid documents. However, this WILL NOT be part of this ITB. All of the Civil work will be completed by county staff utilizing specific contract vendors.
