TRANSLATION-8311 - USA (Oregon) - Health Care Interpreter and Translation Services - Deadline September 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide timely, high quality, professional, and competent, pre–scheduled and on–demand interpreters and written professional translation for individuals and groups with limited English proficiency and who are deaf or hard of hearing that are receiving County services and/or interacting with the County.– Readily available pre–scheduled and on–demand interpreter services via:o On–site/in–person including ASLo Over–the–phoneo Video remote including ASL– American Sign Language (ASL), Russian, and Spanish, the following preferred languages (Tier 2): Burmese, Chinese, Chuukese, Marshallese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Swahili, Vietnamese, and including a variety of other languages, and less commonly available specific dialects (Tier 3), including: Akateko, Chuj, Ixil, K’iche’, Mam, Mixteco Bajo, Purepecha, Q’anjob’al, Q’eqchi’, and Zapoteco.– Readily available, professionally competent health care interpreters for prescheduled and on–demand on–site/in–person, over–the–phone, video remote, and written professional translation.– Over–the–phone interpreter services that are available 24 hours per day, seven daysper week, including holidays.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
