(1) Vendor needs to provide disaster recovery infrastructure implementation platform.– System integrators to furnish, install, configure, test, and operationalize a complete turn–key disaster recovery infrastructure platform and associated services.– Validate physical space, power, cooling, fiber connectivity at Fire Station, and finalize network IP/VLAN schemes.– Create Veeam recovery orchestrator (VRO) or equivalent plans with dependency mapping, automated health checks, and execute a full live controlled DR test.– Configure existing Veeam Data Platform Premium & Backup Orchestrator, establish backup copy jobs over municipal fiber, and configure VMware–to–Hyper–V or equivalent restore workflows.– Install Microsoft Windows Server 2025 Datacenter or equivalent, construct 2–node Failover Cluster, configure Dell PowerVault.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27,2026.
