Description

This Contract provides for the construction of the 188th Street SW Floodwall Project in Lynnwood, WA, Snohomish County. The Work includes, but is not limited to: removal of a sidewalk and fence along 188th Street SW and replacement with a new sidewalk with integrated adjustable floodwall, replacement of fencing and safety rail, installation of new sidewalk along 55th Ave W including an ADA ramp, installation of approximately 200 feet of 8-in/12-inch diameter ductile iron pipe, installation of catch basins/manholes, and a 28-foot long special drainage curb inlet, roadway restoration, traffic control, property restoration, and miscellaneous work all in accordance with the Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications.
