– Vendor needs to provide website design, development, hosting and migration service using Drupal and WordPress content management system. – Provide services that will begin when a new website is being built has been built and deployed. – Provide a modern, mobile–first interface with reusable components that works across devices and assistive technologies.– Improve usability, navigation, and search across all content and services.– Fully developed website and CMS.– Ensure mobile–first, responsive layouts across all breakpoints.– Search across catalog, events, and site content.– Allow multiple flexible page templates and reusable components.– Support structured content for future API use.– Open–source (Drupal, WordPress) or enterprise CMS platforms are acceptable.– Simplify content management for staff through a robust, user–friendly CMS.– Ability to embed third–party code (Analytics, LibCal, Evergreen, etc.).– Formal accessibility audit and remediation report must be provided before launch.– Strengthen community engagement through events, storytelling, and service visibility.
