Vendor needs to provide utility mapping services to the government authority located in St. Louis, MO.• Non–invasive subsurface utility locating using industry–standard methods.• Field investigations using industry approved methods the following are examples ground–penetrating radar, electromagnetic locating equipment and sondes.• Identification of all detectable underground utilities to include irrigation system, and water distribution lines. Storm drain system and sewer system lines located and mapped where accessible and detectable.• Preparation of non–survey–grade utility location maps.• Preparation of a digital report documenting methods, findings, and limitations.
