(1) Vendor needs to provide parking services to the government authority located in Hot Springs, AR.     – To provide multi–year parking management services beginning with the Holiday Lights Display 2026 and the tulip extravaganza 2027 events and other events.• Obtain parking management services contractor to be provided by a qualified Respondent. • Accountability and desire to work together to form a mutually beneficial long–term partnership. • Proactive in communicating and following up on issues and working to find areas of improvement.(2) An optional pre–bid meeting will be held on June 12, 2026.
