(1) Vendor needs to provide professional recruiting services for electrical engineering manager to the government authority located in Ames, IA.– Review the position profile and proposed recruitment process (both provided by the City) and provide suggestions to the City to attract and select the best possible candidate.– The Firm will ensure that each presented candidate has the proper educational degree(s), Professional License, US work authorization, and a valid driver’s license.– Actively recruit highly qualified candidates, with special emphasis on contacting potential candidates who may not be actively seeking employment.– Provide a comprehensive list of recommended candidates for the position, based on submitted materials and follow–up phone interviews conducted by Firm.– The City anticipates requiring at least one face–to–face meeting with the selected Firm at the start of the recruitment process.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
