(1) Vendor needs to provide lab testing services to the government authority located in Baytown, TX. – Laboratory testing services to support wastewater treatment plant operations, regulatory compliance, permit reporting, and process control for multiple agency–operated wastewater treatment facilities.– Biochemical oxygen demand:– CBOD/BOD Effluent: 887 tests per year.– Stormwater BOD: 28 tests per year.– Nutrient analyses:– Ammonia Effluent: 522 tests per year.– Metals and toxic pollutants:– Copper: 261 tests per year.– Cyanide (free): 2 tests per year.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
