(1) Vendor needs to provide literacy intervention program service to the government authority located in Denver, CO. – Content priorities:(i) Phonics and decoding(ii) Fluency and support for automaticity(iii) Vocabulary(iv) Text Comprehension(v) Written Expression(vi) Spelling/encoding– Scripted Teacher directed lessons, to be delivered in–person, teacher–to–student– Progress Monitoring – continuous assessment to inform instruction and grouping– Computer–adaptive interface that includes direct instruction as well as practice, progress monitoring and teacher resources connected to student data– In–Person & Job–Embedded: On–site support off ered throughout District–wide Professional Learning days, utilizing active learning strategies (modeling, practice, feedback).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
