(1) Vendor needs to provide records management services – Provide assistance in managing and improving the agency–wide Records Management (RM) Program assign a Project Manager to represent the Contractor’s organization and to manage the project.1. Active and inactive Records Management,2. Records Management policy and procedure analysis and development,3. Records Management training,4. Records Management technology support, and5.
