(1) Vendor needs to provide robotics, automation instructional laboratory equipment and integration services to the government authority located in Fargo, ND.• Exposure to more than one major control ecosystem and more than one robot manufacturer or programming environment.• Safe, modular, reconfigurable equipment that supports introductory laboratories, upper–division courses, capstones, demonstrations, and workforce upskilling.• Interoperability among PLCs, HMIs, robots, drives, vision, sensors, conveyors, pneumatics, and industrial networks.• Realistic troubleshooting, fault insertion, commissioning, safety validation, and customer–handoff exercises.• Digital–twin, offline programming, and virtual commissioning capabilities that complement physical equipment.• Faculty readiness through train–the–trainer instruction, documented lab exercises, and long–term technical support.• A scalable platform that can be expanded or refreshed without replacing the entire laboratory.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
