(1) Vendor needs to provide IT consulting services to the government authority located in Everett, WA.• Development, assessment, configuration, programming, analysis, integration, implementation, installation, optimization, troubleshooting, testing, life–cycle management, operations– Design, review, consulting, capacity planning, auditing.• The IT Project Manager will:• Be the single point of contact with the vendor for all work–related issues and manage the Community Transit/Vendor interface.• Manage work performed from the Community Transit perspective for the duration of the assigned Task Order• Access To Software: Community Transit shall provide the Vendor with access to all Community Transit proprietary software, the use of which is necessary or appropriate in connection with the performance of services• Project management: Agile and waterfall project management support and consulting• Technical writing: User guides, training materials, run–books, system/application design documents, manuals, installation documents.• User centered design: Information architecture for web and applications, content strategies, interface design• LMR / cellular engineering & maintenance: Radio site construction engineering, radio frequency coordination, RF system engineering, RF system maintenance• Server hardware, software (including operating systems): Windows, Linux, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory(2) The contract period will be for one year.
