(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Rockford, IL. – Provide janitorial services for county owned facilities.– Clean interior glass, doors, reception areas, windows, mirrors, stainless steel and other reflective surfaces.– Empty all waste containers and replace liners when necessary.– Empty all office recycling containers.– Wet mop floors with approved disinfectant.– Vacuum and spot clean upholstered tops.– Clean all elevators, doors, walls, floors, tracks and spot clean carpet.(2) Pre–bid mandatory meeting will be held on September 16, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
