(1) Vendor needs to provide sports court renovation services to the government authority located in Winder, GA.• Remove approximately 450’ of existing fencing, including posts.• Posts should be cut off at ground level and capped with concrete.• Replace with black vinyl–coated, 8–gauge, 2–inch mesh fencing.• Fence should be 8 feet in height.• Frame will be schedule 40 pipe with top, middle, and bottom rail.• New post holes will be core drilled.• Repair and resurface court, including sealing all cracks and removal of existing tennis net posts and capping with concrete.• Stripe two basketball courts and two futsal courts overlaid.• Install 4 commercial–grade outdoor basketball goals.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 21, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
