(1) Vendor needs to provide biological services to the government authority located in California.• Provide field–based biological resource assessments in support of project planning, permitting, and environmental documentation.• Conduct pre–construction surveys for special–status plant and animal species.• Provide impact avoidance and mitigation planning if special status plants and wildlife species are identified, including establishment of no–work buffers and coordination with regulatory agencies as necessary.• Preparation of biological technical reports.• Provide on–site construction monitoring related to biological resources.• Develop and deliver site–specific environmental awareness program training for construction personnel and subcontractors.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
