EQU-19945 - USA (Farmington, Utah) - Court Projection System - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide court projection system to the government authority located in Farmington, UT. – The system will be used for player introductions, pre–game presentations, sponsor recognition, video playback, assemblies, pep rallies, and other school events.– The awarded vendor shall identify the exact locations and provide all power, data, mounting, and infrastructure requirements before the begins this work.– Identify the software licensing model and all required subscription or recurring fees.– Support player introductions, sponsor graphics, animations, and video playback.– Mounting hardware and all equipment required for the proposed system.– Engineering drawings identifying the proposed projector, power, and data locations.– Installed court projection mapping system.– Playback, processing, and control equipment.– Provide power and data connections at the four proposed projector locations– Software licensing and any required or optional recurring costs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
