For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the World Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing. 2.The DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE, LIVESTOCK, VETERINARY SERVICES & FISHERIES , County Government of KAJIADO, now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for REHABILITATION WORKS FOR ISINET KALESIRUA IRRIGATION SCHEME IN IMBIRIKANI/ESELENKEI WARD, KAJIADO SOUTH SUB COUNTY, KAJIADO COUNTY that includes majorly rehabilitation of intake works, main secondary and distribution canals, construction of Division boxes, construction of ring culverts, construction of cattle troughs, construction of toilet blocks, the time for completion is 365 days 3.Bidding will be conducted through National competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procuremen t Regulations for IPF Borrowers” First Published July 2016 & Revised Fourth Edition November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.
