(1) Vendor needs to provide curriculum and catalog management software. • The new software will allow faculty to submit curriculum proposals through a workflow for review and approval and publish approved curricula to an online catalog.• The curriculum workflow software and catalog interface must have two–way integration to maximize efficiency in our university–wide curriculum approval and publication processes.• Provide integrated curriculum and catalog management that allows approved curriculum to move efficiently between the two environments without requiring duplicate data entry.• The system must support configurable, multi–step approval workflows that can accommodate different approval paths based on proposal type or other university–defined criteria.• Allow authorized staff and faculty to create, submit, edit, review, and track curriculum proposals including for courses, programs, and other curricular or policy changes.• The catalog environment must allow staff to create, edit, manage and publish academic catalog content through an online, publicly accessible catalog.• Supports our single–sign on (CAS/Duo).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
