(1) Vendor needs to provide hotel developer and operator services to the government authority located in Coral Springs, FL.• Development partners to submit proposals for the design, financing, construction, and operation of a hotel (minimum 3 star/diamond rating) of at least 225 rooms on site, with pool features, and a rooftop bar or lounge on an undeveloped 4.5–acre parcel.• The development of a hotel that will complement a planned approximately 160,000–square–foot multi–sport facility designed to host local, state, and national tournaments, competitions, and special events.• This hotel will play a vital role in supporting the athletes, families, and visitors who participate in or attend activities at the Sportsplex.• Standard guest rooms suitable for families and event participants, the hotel must include accommodation for extended stays.• These extended–stay units will serve athletes training onsite for prolonged periods and individuals utilizing the multi–sport complex for recovery and ongoing development.• A collaborative partnership between the City and developer to ensure sustainable operations, achieve mutual goals, and enhance the community with a positive economic impact.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
