Vendor needs to provide parking lot improvements service to the government authority located in Uncasville, CT. – Field measure and confirm all dimensions and layout for the parking lot, sidewalk, and curbs.– Mobilizing to the site and provide provisions for maintenance and protection of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.– Furnish, install, and maintain erosion & sedimentation controls.– Demolish and remove the existing pavements, gravel base, sidewalk, curbs, and all other site features as required to complete the project.– Furnish and install the new parking lot pavement section, curbs, storm drainage, sidewalks, ramps with ADA detectable warnings, and new plantings as depicted on the contract drawings.– All surface restoration, including the roadway pavement (temporary & permanent) and turf re–establishment.
