(1) Vendor needs to provide professional forestry consulting services to the government authority located in East Stroudsburg, PA.– Assess overall forest health, including spongy moth impacts, invasive species, disease, and storm damage.– Identify management objectives and recommend whether timber harvesting is appropriate.– Estimate timber quantity and approximate fair market stumpage value by product class.– Prepare maps identifying recommended harvest areas, buffer areas, and environmentally sensitive features.– Recommend silvicultural methods and long–term forest management practices.– Develop reforestation and regeneration recommendations.– Identify required environmental permits and regulatory considerations.– Prepare a written forest management report suitable for public presentation and attend one meeting of the agency board to present and discuss the report’s contents.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
