CSE-24808 - USA (Daytona Beach, Florida) - Installation New Camera Poles, Associated Equipment and Fiber-Optic Connectivity Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide installation new camera poles, associated equipment and fiber–optic connectivity service to the government authority located in Daytona Beach, FL.• CAMERA & ENCLOSURE INSTALLATIONA. Install one (1) Axis P3748–PLVE camera at the top of each pole at 12–14’ AGL with grounding to the hand hole. Contractor must supply all manufacturer–approved mounting hardware, including pole–mount adapters (AXIS T91B57 or equivalent) and matching pendant/conduit kits. B. Mount the Nema Enclosure at 12–14’ AGL with the following: 1. Enclosure must be a minimum NEMA 4X rated, reinforced polyester (FRP) or polycarbonate enclosure with a continuous hinged door and pad–lockable security latch. 2. LED power indicator visible at ground level. 3. 120v power outlet • FIBER & MEDIA CONVERTER SET–UP Contractor will: A. Install fiber–optic cabling OSP OM3/OM4 to each pole location, identified by the City. B. Terminate, test, and label fiber at each enclosure with a minimum of 4 strands available per location. All fiber terminations inside the agency enclosures must be landed on LC–Duplex connectors within the LIU tray. • Camera Programming & Licensing – Contractor will: A. Configure, aim, and focus all cameras, with the directive of City staff for proper camera views. B. Provide all required Genetec licenses. C. Verify successful network communication and camera functionality with City staff. D. Perform testing with City staff to ensure proper video streaming and recording. (2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 20, 2026.(4) Non–Mandatory Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
