Following two independent professional security vulnerability assessments, GRU has committed to upgrading its physical security posture to protect critical personnel, administrative assets, and regional utility data.</p><p>Project Goals</p><p>The primary objective of this project is to create a robust, aesthetically professional, and technologically integrated physical barrier that accomplishes the following:</p><ul><li><p><strong>Deterrence &amp; Delay:</strong> Establish a clear \"hardened\" perimeter that serves as a formidable psychological and physical deterrent to unauthorized entry or pre-operational surveillance.</p></li><li><p><strong>Operational Continuity:</strong> Ensure the Administrative Building can maintain 24/7 operations securely, even during periods of elevated regional threat levels.</p></li><li><p><strong>Access Management:</strong> Integrate the fencing solution with existing electronic access control (EAC) systems to streamline authorized employee entry while effectively managing visitor flow.</p></li><li><p><strong>Asset Protection:</strong> Secure the immediate grounds of the headquarters, including the executive parking areas and high-value infrastructure entry points.</p></li></ul>",
