(1) Vendor needs to provide downstream passage annual reports service to the government authority located in Tacoma, WA. – Assist in the annual reporting of downstream juvenile fish passage as part of the fish habitat program management and support within the agency projects. – Assist in the analysis and authoring of annual reports addressing juvenile downstream fish passage as part of the fish habitat program management and support within the agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
