(1) Vendor needs to provide co–developer services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA. – Provide Co–Developer Services to assist the agency in its development efforts.– This work may include master planning as well as real estate development services. – Co–Developer(s) may be asked to assist with the rehabilitation, new construction and acquisition of properties to be used for affordable, market rate, rental, homeownership, and commercial purposes.– Pre–development– Financing– Development/ construction– Ownership and asset management– Community and supportive services(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3, 2026.
