CLEANING-13542 - USA (Farmington, Utah) - Custodial and Window Cleaning Service - Deadline September 17,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial and window cleaning service to the government authority located in Farmington, UT.– The County performs high–level, quarterly, semiannual, and annual deep cleaning for its facilities using an in–house custodial team– The selected Vendor will provide all institutional and commercial–grade cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals. – It is the contractor’s responsibility to furnish any additional necessary materials to maintain and service each facility effectively.– Cleaning Equipment and Supplies: The selected Vendor will supply all cleaning equipment, cleaning supplies and cleaners that are institutional and commercial grade.– Handling Cleaning Products: Contracted employees are expected to be able to read and understand labels on cleaning supplies and observe safe usage and handling of cleaning products.– Inspections and Walkthroughs: Weekly inspections and walkthroughs will be conducted on a rotational basis and coordinated between the Vendor and the County’s custodial supervisor. Each facility will be inspected monthly.– In–House Services: In–house service will be provided for, but not limited to, carpet cleaning (wet extraction, spin bonnet and dry powder extraction), upholstery cleaning, strip and wax, hard floor scrub and clean, light fixture dusting (inside covers/lenses only).(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
