CONS-24718 - USA (Palmdale, California) - Signal Modernization Project Service - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide signal modernization project service to the government authority located in Palmdale, CA.• The work may consist of but is not limited to: Provide traffic control; replace the existing traffic signal head backplates with upgraded versions featuring 2–inch reflective yellow tape for enhanced visibility; replace pedestrian push buttons with current standard devices; remove and reinstall high–visibility continental crosswalks at intersections; replace identified substandard pedestrian signal heads with the latest models, including countdown signals, and replace identified substandardsignal heads with the most up–to–date models.• Evaluate systems, materials, constructions methods and alternatives;• Provide a preliminary construction schedule, lead times and risks;• Address scope exclusions, clarifications, and qualifications;• Assisting the LP with general contractor selection by providing bid analysis and participating in the interviews; developing construction contract.• Construction Phase services will include but not be limited to the following:• General contract administration;• Evaluate change orders for entitlement, cost reasonableness, schedule impact and(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 3, 2026.
