(1) Vendor needs to provide health advocacy and navigation services to the government authority located in Long Beach, CA.• Services included personal health advocacy, medical and administrative support, care coordination, claims assistance, fee negotiations, grievance advice, pharmacy support, physician locating assistance, complex medical care assistance and navigation, and integrated call management• Ability to comply with the Freedom of Information Act throughout the bidding process.• Capability to integrate the following data types provided by the City, its service providers, and/or self–reported by individual members during implementation and at mutually agreed upon frequencies over the duration of the contract such as:• Eligibility data• Claims data• Member data, including Personal Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI)• Ability to integrate all of the benefit plans and programs across the City’s entire benefit ecosystem to guide employees toward the most appropriate resources or services for their needs.• Retain plan information for the current year, and from three years prior, to provide employees with accurate information including any plan changes or updates that may have occurred over time.• During the contract term, the City will have no data restrictions and may obtain and share data with any third party.• Guarantee the online platform maintains at least 99% availability.• Ensure 24/7 customer intake services with next–business–day follow–up available• Ability to support various member communication and engagement methods including phone support, email, direct mailings, text messages, and push notifications.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 6, 2026.
