(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural support and technical assistance service to the government authority located in Boston, MA.• Provide architectural support and technical assistance to certified and pre–certified cannabis equity businesses throughout the agency.• These services will assist current and prospective business owners in obtaining required permitting documents and provide the support needed to establish, sustain, and grow their businesses.• One–on–One Technical Assistance: Tailored architectural support through thepreconstruction phase and/or guidance on construction consulting servicesincluding but not limited to:– City Permitting and Application Assistance: Assist business owners incompleting local building, zoning, and permitting applications, includingrequired follow–up materials throughout the City permitting process.– Facility Design and Layout: Designing efficient, functional, and compliantcannabis establishment layouts, blueprints, and plans that optimizeoperational workflow and space utilization while meeting all applicableregulatory requirements.– Security Planning: Develop facility security plans, including surveillance,access controls, alarm systems, and intrusion–detection measures(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
