Vendor needs to provide promotional testing administration services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Provide comprehensive promotional testing administration services for the ranks of Assistant Chief, Captain, Lieutenant, and Engineer. – Capable of delivering legally defensible, job–related promotional processes that are fair, consistent, valid, and practical to administer.– Provide:• In–person administration for applicable testing components.• Individualized job analysis for each promotional rank.• Written examination development based on District–provided source materials, where applicable.• Consultation regarding pass point methodology and scoring considerations.• Design, development, implementation, and scoring of assessment center exercises.• Assessor training and guidance for assessment center evaluators.• Scoring, item analysis, quality assurance review, and final reporting.• Support for candidate appeals, Civil Service review, and candidate feedback.• A legally defensible and job–related promotional testing process.
