(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager services to the government authority located in Seattle, WA.– These services include constructability review, cost estimating and cost control, schedule development, phasing and sequencing planning, value engineering, and risk identification.– Provide input on construction approaches, logistics, market conditions, and procurement strategies to help inform design decisions and reduce the potential for cost growth and schedule impacts during construction.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 23, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 06, 2026.
