EXTRA-72823 - USA (Orlando, Florida) - Airline Technical Representative Service - Deadline August 12,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide airline technical representative service to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.                             – This role ensures airline operational needs are integrated into project planning, design, construction, and commissioning, minimizing disruptions and supporting smooth implementation.• Coordination & Communication: Serve as the single point of contact for airlines, facilitating input and consensus throughout project phases.• Technical Review: Coordinate airline feedback on design documents, technical requirements, and schedules.• Project Controls: Monitor schedules, budgets, and deliverables to align with airline operations.• Operational Input: Ensure airline requirements are considered in project decisions and readiness planning.• Representation: Advocate for airline interests across major projects such as agency Replacement, Baggage System Upgrades, and Terminal Optimization.(2) A non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.(4) The contract period will be five years.
