(1) Vendor needs to provide traffic operations and intelligent transportation systems services to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – This contract will support the design of all project phases for geometric safety improvements, traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems, and street lighting engineering and upgrades.– Improving the condition and management of traffic and operations infrastructure expand the use of technology and intelligent transportation systems. – Perform constructability reviews during the design phases.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 31, 2026.
