(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Juneau, AK. • Provide direction regarding leasing, tenant assignments, building operations, maintenance, and implementation of the agency.• Assisting the Agency with implementation of the agency and related procedures;• Conducting a biennial market analysis in even–numbered years of Juneau–area rental and storage rates and providing the results to the Agency;• Assisting the Agency with establishing rental, security deposit, and interim storage rates;• Administering the apartment application and assignment process using prioritized applicant lists provided by the Agency;• Contacting applicants and coordinating apartment selections and assignments in accordance with Agency policy;• Showing apartments to prospective tenants as necessary;• Preparing and administering leases and maintaining lease and tenant records;• Receiving, responding to, and managing tenant maintenance requests;• Providing or arranging preventative maintenance and repairs;• Receiving, responding to, and managing property–related emergency requests on a 24–hour basis;(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on Oct 14, 2026.
